DELIVERY
STANDARD DELIVERY:
Standard UK delivery is FREE on all orders over £49 from Kitchenalia Ltd – all the items must be ordered in one transaction and be delivered to one address.
We charge £4.95 for standard UK delivery on orders under £49 per delivery address.
Orders solely for Gift Vouchers and worth £49 or more will be delivered free of charge to mainland UK. Orders solely for Gift Vouchers and worth £49 or less will have a carriage charge of £2.25 for mainland UK.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days.
Please contact us directly, by phone or email if you wish to order from outside the UK.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY:
We offer next working day delivery to UK mainland on a large number of our products for £10.00.
To qualify for this, your order must be placed before Midday Mon – Thursday and ALL of the items in your order must be available for next day delivery.
At present, we do not have the ability to deliver over the weekend or public holidays and as such orders that have been requested for next day delivery will NOT be delivered on these days and will arrive on the next working day.
CLICK & COLLECT
FREE 7 days a week from Kitchenalia Ltd, C/O Hatters, 532 Goldington Road, Bedord, MK41 0DX. Mon - Sat 9.00- 5.30pm, Sun 10.30-4.30pm
We are unable to split orders between Click & Collect and Home Delivery.
When you have completed your order, we will then begin working on your order and you will be notified as soon as your items are available to collect. Please allow us up to 1 working day for collection although it will usually be sooner. We will contact you as soon as your order is ready for collection.
To avoid fraud please bring a paper copy of your shipping note, the credit/debit card used to pay for the goods and proof of ID .
Other Information:
We deliver to most postal areas in the UK and Northern Ireland, but we're sorry that certain geographical locations and carrier availability can restrict our service. We may not always be able to deliver certain products to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Man.
Unfortunately we cannot currently deliver to BFPO addresses.
We are only able to deliver during the working week, i.e. Monday to Friday from 0730 - 1800. We are unable to deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
If our attempts to deliver are unsuccessful, i.e. there is no-one at home, our courier will leave a card at the delivery address with instructions for redelivery.
We hold large stocks but will occasionally be out of stock of an item. If you have ordered an item that is out of stock we will contact you within 24 hours (on a working day - Monday to Friday) to explain the situation and tell you when it should be available.
